Built for Emergencies. Trusted by Industry

Who We Are
Built on the Front Lines. Backed by Real Experience
MEMS Fire and Emergency Services was built by a retired firefighter who spent over 15 years managing safety on construction sites. After stepping away from active firefighting, the mission didn’t change; it evolved. Instead of responding after the fact, the focus shifted to preventing emergencies and protecting workers before things go wrong.
Today, our teams bring together real-world fire, EMS, and safety experience, with Over 250 years combined experience in fire and emergency services and 100+ years in site safety management. Every medic and firefighter on our team is OSHA-trained and understands how to operate inside active construction and industrial environments.
This isn’t theory. This is field-tested protection designed to reduce injuries, control risk, and make sure every worker walks off the job safely at the end of the day.
Protecting those who build America isn’t a slogan. It’s the standard we work by.
Real Training. Real Response. Real Protection.
Not every team is ready when something goes wrong. That’s where the difference shows. MEMS Fire and Emergency Services delivers hands-on training and on-site safety support built for real-world situations, not classroom theory.
From construction sites to industrial environments, everything we offer is designed to reduce risk, improve response time, and keep your people protected when it matters most.
We provide CPR, First Aid, AED, Active Shooter, and emergency response training that prepares your team to act fast and act right. Every course is built around real scenarios, so your crew knows exactly what to do under pressure.
Our OSHA-trained medics and safety professionals integrate directly into your job site, working alongside your safety team to prevent incidents, manage hazards, and maintain compliance without slowing operations.
You can’t predict emergencies, but you can be prepared for them. Our EMS standby and industrial fire support teams are ready to respond instantly, protecting your workforce and minimizing downtime when seconds count.
When Emergencies Hit, Training Shows Up First
You don’t get time to think in critical moments. You act based on how well your team is trained. MEMS Fire and Emergency Services delivers hands-on, real-world training that prepares your crew to respond with confidence, not hesitation.
From CPR and First Aid to Active Shooter response and jobsite emergency scenarios, every session is built around situations your team could actually face. No theory-heavy sessions, just practical training that works when it matters most.

Why Choose Us
Proven Experience Where It Matters Most
When safety is on the line, experience isn’t optional. It’s everything. MEMS Fire and Emergency Services is built on decades of real-world fire, EMS, and construction safety experience brought directly into high-risk environments.
Our team isn’t learning on the job. They’ve lived it. Every medic and firefighter brings hands-on emergency response experience to your site.
We understand how construction and industrial sites actually operate, which means safety is applied in a way that works, not slows things down.
Every professional we deploy is OSHA-trained and experienced in safety or EHS roles, allowing seamless integration into your existing safety structure.
We don’t generalize safety. We specialize in environments where the stakes are higher, and the margin for error is low.
Work With a Team That’s Been There Before
Emergencies don’t give warnings. One moment, everything is running fine, the next, you’re dealing with a situation that needs immediate action. MEMS Fire and Emergency Services makes sure your team isn’t caught off guard.
With OSHA-trained medics, real fire and EMS experience, and on-site safety support, you stay prepared, protected, and in control when it matters most.
